How many modules you deploy in stage one. A single quoting engine is a different build than a quoting engine plus dealer portal plus material selector. We scope only what you'll actually use.

02. Complexity

Catalog size, pricing rule depth, regional logic, multi-tier dealer pricing, configuration constraints. A 200-SKU catalog with flat pricing prices differently than a 4,000-SKU catalog with rebate programs and quantity breaks.

03. Integrations

Which ERP (NetSuite, Epicor Prophet 21, Epicor BisTrack, SAP Business One, Acumatica, JobBOSS²), which CRM, which document system. On-prem ERP environments add a secure connector. Custom legacy systems are scoped explicitly.
