Your website does marketing; a configurator does sales — different jobs, both belong on your domain. Your existing site stays as the marketing surface. The configurator lives at a tool subdomain (`tool.yourdomain.com`) or under a `/quote`, `/configurator`, or `/portal` path. Sales reps and dealers link customers directly to it. Most clients keep their existing marketing site untouched throughout the engagement.
You own the code from day one. If you cancel ongoing support, you get a full codebase export and can deploy it wherever you want. We don't hold your IP, your dealer data, or your pricing rules hostage. This is part of the engagement, not an upsell.
Minor content changes — pricing updates, product additions, copy edits, form fields — are handled through the admin panel with no developer involved. For new features or new logic, we scope and quote them as standalone engagements, again with a fixed price. We never bill on an hourly basis.
