Days two through five are team training (estimators and project managers) and integration with your existing quoting workflow. For custom material libraries or proprietary labor rate configurations, add 3–5 business days. No on-premise software installation is required — RoofScan runs fully in the browser.

RoofScan needs the property address to pull aerial and satellite imagery from its data providers. For commercial properties or new construction where aerial data may be limited, PDF plans or drone footage can be uploaded directly. Your material library — product names, coverage rates, waste factors, and pricing — is loaded once during setup and maintained through an admin panel. Wind zone and code compliance requirements are pulled automatically by ZIP code using ASCE 7 load data, but can be manually overridden for jurisdictions with local amendments.
